It take place in the fictional Los Angeles in the year 2098, where the player acts as the agent of police and drive a vehicle that can transform between vehicle to full-fledged mecha. In the game, the player takes on the role of the pilot and controls the X1-Alpha, who is a robot designed to battle in crime war. The game was developed as an entry of the Strike series.
